1、负责客服团队的组建，制定客服管理制度、客服流程与用语规范，并不断优化制度、流程；

2、负责团队各岗位及工作内容合理的高效分配，客服团队工作内容的监督指导及跟踪；

3、参与及监督客户回访工作，提高客服团队的服务质量，使得客户的满意度提高，并建立长期的合作关系；

4、建立并完善团队的各岗位工作内容及绩效考核，优化人员架构；

5、根据公司产品特点及客户情况，主动动过所有的联络方式与客户进行有效沟通；

任职要求：

1、男女不限，大专以上学历，3年以上客服从业经验者，有管理经验优先；

2、具有团队搭建能力，以及流程制度建立的能力；

3、具备良好的语言表达能力，较强的逻辑思维，具有较高的职业素养和责任心；

4、有良好的团队合作精神，并有积极主动的上进心和学习能力；
