Responsibility：

？ 负责项目整体的计划、准备、执行、报告；

？ 配合相关人员设计、编写、制作临床试验方案和 CRF 的设计、研究者手册与

试验相关资料； ？ 负责开展研究单位的调研筛选、协议谈判，召开临床试验各阶段会议；

？ 掌握各中心临床进度，督促临床方案实施，及时妥当处理 AE 和 SAE，解决产

品临床试验过程中出现的问题并处理临床数据；

？ 按照监查计划定期对研究中心进行实地监查，在规定的时间内完成监查报告并

反馈。

Requirement：

？ 医学、药学相关背景，本科以上学历；

？ 3 年以上药企或 CRO 工作经验；

？ 熟悉药品生产车间、共用工程系统、净化工程施工、土建工程施工。

？ 对 SOP、ICH-GCP、国内相关法规有深入的理解；

？ 能够适应出差。

【薪资待遇】

？ 14-24 万；房补；公积金 14%，个人不用交；出差补贴 100 元/天。
