岗位目的：
项目工程师负责新的开发项目处理技术解决方案，包括电路、结构、材料、附表及生产。用于运行项目的技术问题解决。

职位描述：
1、新设计、新开发项目
- 负责与国外设计团队和制造商相关的新小家电产品开发
- 审美设计和施工 3D 图纸审查及申请提案
- 适用结构、材料/部件以及电路中的提案
- 解决方案搜索到完成设计和客户要求
- 与多方（例如客户、设计团队、认证、质量和制造商）沟通，以推动项目移动
- 项目开发状态和异常情况警报
- 设计、施工、工艺和可靠性改进

2、样品检查、测试和评估的可用性和安全性
- 与客户和第三方澄清测试条件
- 检查查询表
- 样品检查 FFU 与安全

3、解决生产中的问题，提高质量，增加产量
- 改进生产和发行 CAP + ECN/ECR
- 检查工厂测试设备/设施，建立测试实验室，并做好工厂程序

4、所有测试故障的施工/材料/工艺中的故障分析和搜索解决方案
- 指导工厂制定可行的解决方案。搜索解决方案，实现买方的性能/可用性/安全/质量要求
- 在质量改进和项目进度提升方面与不同各方协调
- 与客户的 QC 团队沟通解决问题

5. 预测
- 预测当前订单中可能出现的技术挑战和问题，以便提前采取替代行动或纠正措施
- 研究并提供有关新技术、新产品或最新行业趋势的建议或想法

6. 主项目开球会议
- 检查每种技术规格，主项目开球会议
- 指出工厂在工厂期间的潜在风险开球会议

7. 其他
- 主管要求的临时项目
- 项目工程师需要主要在中国出差，这可能会造成压力
- 项目工程师必须及时监测和解决给工程师带来巨大压力的技术问题
- 分析专利及与国内代理机构合作申请新专利


任职要求：
1. 基本要求
- 机械、电子或同等的高等教育
- 10 年以上扎实的工程研发经验，以及从开始到交付的 5 年项目管理经验。

2. 知识
- 非常熟悉SDA产品工程，厨房烹饪用具更喜欢。
- 非常熟悉塑料/金属加工、注射/涂层/喷涂/冲孔/装配工艺。
- 熟悉电气构造和 EN60335/GS/LVD/EMC/ERP/PAH/ROHS/覆盖和/或 UL 要求

Job purpose 岗位目的:
The project engineer is responsible for a new development project handling in technical solution including circuitry, construction, material, schedule and production. Technical problem solving for running projects as well.

Job description 职责描述:
1, New design, new development project
- In charge of new SDA product development in connection with foreign design team and manufacturers.
- Esthetic design and construction 3D drawing review and application proposal
- Proposal in applicable construction, material/components as well as circuitry.
- Solution searching to fulfill design and customer’s requirements.
- Communicate with different parties(e.g. customer, design team, certification, quality and manufacturer) to boost project moving.
- Project development status and abnormal situation alert
- Design, construction, workmanship and reliability improvements.

2, Sample check, test and evaluate in usability and safety
- Clarify test conditions with Customer & third party
- Check the inquiry sheet
- Sample check upon FFU and safety.

3, Solve problems in production to improve the quality and increase the output.
- Improvement in production and issue CAP & ECN/ECR .
- Check the factory test equipment/ facilities , setting up test lab and good procedures for factory

4, Failure analysis and search solutions in construction/material/workmanship for all testing failures
- Guide factory to make workable solutions. Search solutions to achieve buyer’s performance/usability/ safety /quality requirements
- Coordinate with different parties in quality improvements and project schedule boosting.
- Communicate with Customer’s QC team for problem solving.

5. Forecasting
- Anticipate possible technical challenges and problems in the current order so that alternative actions or corrective measures can be taken in advance
- Research and give suggestions or ideas about new technologies or new products or latest industry trends

6. Master project kickoff meeting.
- Check each technical specification ,master project kickoff meeting
- Point out potential risk to factory during kickoff meeting

7. Others
- Ad hoc projects as required by the supervisor
- The project engineer is required to have business trips mainly in China that may create stressful situation
- The project engineer has to monitor and solve technical issues in time which may cause much pressure to the engineer
- Analyze patents and cooperate with domestic agencies to apply for new patents

Requirement 任职要求:
1. Basic Requirements
- Tertiary education in mechanical, electronics or equivalent
- 10+ years solid engineering R&D experience plus 5 years project management experience from start to delivery.

2. Knowledge
- Very familiar with SDA product engineering, kitchen cooking appliances prefer.
- Very familiar with plastic/metal tooling, Injection/coating/spray/punching/assembly processes.
- Familiar with electrical construction and EN60335/GS/LVD/EMC/ERP/PAH/ROHS/Reach and/or UL requirements

3. Skills / key competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in written/spoken English
- Good computer skills in MS office
- Good communication skills
- Strong and effective project handling capability

5. Others
- Experience in overseas buying office will be a definite advantage
