Division: Sales Channel Development

Location: Beijing

- Offer creative ideas to optimize the system and process of dealer financial data management to ensure reliable database for network financial analysis and risk management.

- Alignment between business requirement and IT strategy.

-Coordinate team members to participant in the system implementation phases.

-Work with IT to ensure data quality check system delivery on time with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer creative ideas to optimize the whole process of dealer financial data management to ensure reliable database for network financial analysis and risk management. Communicate/collect the suggestions from dealers. Record the value points to contribute the process optimization topics. Interview dealers on the new process change to make further improvement.
• Alignment between business requirement and IT strategy. Review system strategy document and define business policy and process, and ensure smooth communication with related parties. Develop new functions to support business needs.
• Coordinate team members to participant in the system implementation phases. Organize regular review meetings with related parties to review agreed enhancement targets. Optimize the system with business development. (Solution implementation, testing, maintenance and continuous system improvement).
• Work with IT to ensure data quality check system deliver on time with high quality. Propose reasonable ideas to improve system function and work with line manager to lead the project implementation. Work with IT PM and line manager to manage the vendors to ensure the project quality within target schedule.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration/Commerce/Finance or Economics.
• International working experience are seen as advantageous to ensure a smooth adaptation in international surroundings. Big 4 experience is preferred.
• At least 5 year working experience in accounting and finance related field.
• At least 2 years Working experience in project management.
• Exposure to automotive industry, especially to dealership accounting & finance process.
• Project management experience & Leadership skills.
• Detail knowledge of key business process.
• Effective oral and written communication skills & strong analytical skills.
• English and Mandarin needs to be spoken and written fluently.
• Strong sense of responsibility, process self-motivated and well organized, be able to work under great pressure & quick learner.
• Super excel expert.
