Advanced Specialist DDA Management

Tasks

BBA transport finished vehicles by vessel or railway to external compound which is close by market. External Service Providers Store and Maintain Cars in these DDAs. On site DDA staff is responsible for:

- Define the Size, Layout, Content, Standards, and Processes for the DDA.

- Ensure accurate Stock, Maintenance, Quality, Billing reports provided to BBA on time.

- Monitor supplier’s performance and record all checking results by KPIs.

- System issue monitoring and coordination for VDS,TQC.

- Responsible for coordinate Quality and claim handling process together with quality team.

- Window person onsite for handover issue coordination with pre haul and final dispatch.

- Stock VPS for operation continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Involvement of the further development of the DDAs (Location, Size, Content) for the tendering phase
• Support new DDA project and ensure project implementation smoothly.
• Definition of storage / maintenance standards, processes and KPIs in accordance with BBA standards and Wholesales Targets
• Managing the daily DDA operation and monitoring the performance of DDA service providers via onsite BMW DDA Managers and technicians
• Overall Quality management to BMW cars in DDAs and respond quality findings by communicating with BBA.
• Settle the payments for the DDAs Payments
• Definition of Claim Handling Standards, Processes and KPIs in accordance with BBA standards
• Monitor stock management in DDAs and are capable of analizing the stock status.
• Managing of the daily Claim operations and monitoring the performance
• 8P,CIP,VPS, implementation in DDA by working with DDA contracted providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration of an University or University of applied Sciences or equivalent education
• Business fluent English, Chinese Native Speaker
• Capability of quick process understanding for automotive logistics processes, insurance processes and claim processes
• Analytical, conceptual capabilities
• Able to lead and coach, excellent communication skills
• Good at teamwork, especially within intercultural team
• Good skills in MS office. SAP is a plus advantage
• 5 years working experience in Automotive Industry or Logistics
