Major Responsibilities？

• To provide legal support to special licenses application & renewal
• To provide legal support to E-platform set-up and operation
• To handle general corporate related legal matters
• To follow closely and advise on new legislative or regulatory developments in PRC laws and to take actions in order to support compliant operations for Lingyue
• To handle litigation and pre-litigation matters in a cost effective manner while minimizing the risks for Lingyue
• To attend respective court hearings and settlement negotiations
• To handle digital project
• To handle HR related legal matters？？？？？？？？？？
• To prepare all documents related to and advise the Board on corporate governance
• To handle complex negotiations with third parties while enforcing the rights and interests of Lingyue？？？？？？？
• To engage, direct and control the work of external legal counsels
• To conduct professional legal research and to produce all relevant documents, contracts and contract templates required for existing and new business operations
• To prepare and conduct internal legal trainings for the Board, Senior Managers, employees of Lingyue
• To handle complex special projects assigned by General Counsel
• To coordinate with relevant departments and report to General Counsel on the current status of company legal risk management and make proposals
• To assist General Counsel in annual budget preparation and legal costs analysis
• To do other work assigned by General Counsel.

• Master of Laws or equivalent
• Lawyer Qualification Certificate or Legal Professional Qualification Certificate
• Excellent motivational, interpersonal, oral / written presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Word processing skills
• Enjoy fast-paced, high-pressure environment and perform well independently
• Excellent language skills in English (written and oral)
• At least five years working experience in a multinational company as legal professional, preferably in TMT industry
• Experience with arbitration/ Litigation process
