Major Responsibilities？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

• Manage tax provision, tax returns and monthly tax filing of all corporate taxes, e.g. VAT, CIT, annual filing, surcharges, SD etc. on time in compliance with the related tax regulations and meet with tax authority's practice
• Provide tax information report to tax authority and communicate with authority for tax topics
• Managing and coordinating tax audits; closely support all external and internal audit within the scope of tax operation and ensure the timely and effectively feedback.
• Handle invoice management and steer invoice compliance
• Collect the new tax policies/regulations, follow up the tax reform trend and investigate it furtherly to implement in daily business
• Internal involve in major project tax cases in advance to provide tax planning to ensure minimum tax risks and obtain the maximum tax benefits
• Take responsibility of outbound service tax issues and ensure tax compliance and withholding formality under PRC taxes, in particular ensure application of reduced treaty WHT rates after alignment with local tax offices and obtaining respective WHT certificates
• Investigating and ensuring application of potential beneficial tax incentives/treatments (e.g. reduced CIT rate on offshore services provided)
• Prepare related documents and report to meet TP compliance requirement according to PRC tax regulation
• Provide TP advisory and planning to business departments.
• Closely interact with BMW AG and other affiliates such as BBA, NSC concerning with tax affairs to share information, experience and reach aligned approach. ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

• Bachelor's or above degree, graduated from accredited university
• Majored in economics, finance or accounting
• Knowledge of taxation, accounting, economic and international trade finance
• Knowledge of management and leadership skills
• Proficiency with tax policy and accounting knowledge and at least 3 years’ experience with a big-4 consultant or in the international industrial sector or relevant Chinese Authorities (Tax, Customs)
• Skills with accounting systems (preferably SAP or comparable systems)
• Competency of communication and negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills with both internal and external business partner and authorities, high EQ level
• Proficient in English verbal, and writing？
• Background in tax and finance area
• Experience with tax or customs authority sector or big 4 consultant or international industrial manufacturing sector or relevant Chinese Authorities (Tax, Customs)
• Several years’ experience in management position
