? Recruitment :
- Assist Sr. HR manager to work closely with hiring manager to understand business needs
- In charge of whole recruitment cycle, incl. source candidates via multi-channels, arrange interview, offer negotiation
- Ensure timely placement within budget
- Prepare recruitment/people related analysis reports
? Operation :
- Manage on-boarding & exit process ( incl. Probation management)
- P-file management
- Internal communication: team building activities, annual dinner, etc.
- Apply licenses/permits for expatriates
? Training：
- Work with training team to conduct soft skills training
- Support Sr. HR manager to conduct internal know-how sharing platform and take ownership of Recruitment topic
? Admin/GM Assistant：
- Administrative support to internal events & meetings
- Reserve flight and hotel for business head, and prepare related schedule
- Other assignments

任职要求：
? Bachelor degree or above.
? At least 5 years’experience in either HR or Admin function;
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Japanese will be preferred.
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Good interpersonal communication skills to negotiate, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
