Purpose of the Position:

• Responsible for entire management of P&L, balance sheet, internal controls for Jiangmen location focused on Gorilla /FIT and other business from a financial perspective.
• To consolidate financial monthly close responsibilities at the Jiangmen location.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations for Gorilla /FITand other business.
• Manage the inventoryat all warehouseincluding Jiangmen location and off site location
• Manage fixed assets for the business
• Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly financial reports.
• Oversee the development of financial accounting and inventory management systems required to maintain reporting requirements.
• Will establish operational objectives and assignments, and delegate assignments to JM Accountant.
• Will provide tax, customs, and logistics advice on import/export procedures.
• Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports.
• Requires the ability to communicate financial concepts and financial performance to non-finance team.
• Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
• Audits and manages the contract manufacturer partner's operating expenses.

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting
• MNC manufacturing experience in management accounting roles (plant/manufacturing, business analysis, cost accounting)

• Strong computer skills (especially Excel and accounting systems)

• Bilingual - Chinese and English

• CMA, CPA
• MNC experience

• Time management skills. Must be able to handle multiple major tasks and still meet hard-stop deadlines
• Self starter - ability to plan ahead, think through the requirements and deliver the best answer
