Consultant (Manager), SEFF Analytics & Consulting 

Accountabilities :

? Business Development: Play a role in BD activities together with line manager in terms of credential presentations, proposal writing, closure of deal, project follow-up and contract renewal. 

? Account Management: Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management. Co-design the Account Plan with CBP/ line manager and follow-up the pipeline in a timely manner. 

? Project Management: Communicate client needs appropriately to the right Solution team members to ensure the quality of project delivery on time. 

? Insight Delivery & Report Writing: Serve as primary contact to junior/middle level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and questions. Can prepare report & on-site presentation independently. 

Experience :

? 3-5 year experience of CPG / Retail industry with previously demonstrated success (either in-house or agency) . 

? Experience of successfully developing strategic partner relationships & consultative skills. 

? Proven record of working with different client culture & style. 

? Demonstrated success in a demanding & fast-pace business environment. 

Qualifications & Skills :

? Master degree in Marketing / Business Analytics / Statistics / Mathematics is an advantage. Understanding of statistical modelling is required. 

? Fluency in both Mandarin & English, verbal & written. 

? Good communication & interpersonal skills. 

? Effective presentation & writing skills. 

? Ability to provide insights through connecting dots across multiple data sources. 

? Strong problem-solver - can easily articulate, decompose and tackle with problems. 

? Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. 

? Programming knowledge would be nice-to-have, not must. 

? Can work under pressure and adapt to changing environment.
