1. Identify the best suppliers national wide in terms of quality, price and delivery time and to set up the supplier’s portfolio according to the company instructions;

2. Request the Supplier Quality Function, to proceed to the Supplier qualification appraisal when it is not on the Approved Supplier List, and to participate to the audit when necessary;

3. Coordinate with production, quality, technical department to fulfill customer order requirement. Timely solve the exceptional delivery issues in daily operation, or solve our own exception delivery requirement, to ensure order fulfillment.

4. To request the Supplier Development Function to improve efficiency of key suppliers;

5. Responsible for negotiations of frame agreements with the selected suppliers according to purchasing strategy;

6. Support department development and business improvement by giving innovative and constructive suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required;

2. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills with focus on total cost/total value;

3. Data sensitive, excellent negotiation skills, Good communication and coordination skills.

4. Demonstrated project management skills;
