职位描述
Position Summary:
1. Responsible for modifying and refining technical product concepts and products
2. Initiate and execute organizational and procedural improvements in order to speed up and improve quality of R&D process.
3. Manages, coordinates and monitors the day-to-day operations of the R&D department in order to implement the R&D policy and budgets.
4. Supervises activities of employees engaged in ensuring that all components, parts and specifications of technical designs comply with original design.
5. Assists in establishment of corporate social and environmental responsibility internal and in co-operation with suppliers.
6. Management R&D resource and map out capacity for existing and new projects. Find ways to manage the resources and also proactive approach to new ways to manage resources.
7. Map out the competencies of all R&D engineers and team member to improve the competencies via training, coaching and exposure.
8. Guide and coach R&D teams and how to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of the R&D teams and act as mentor to all R&D teams
9. Set clear targets to the teams and ensure that it is closely follow up and realized.
10. Capture learning points and make sure it is closely capture in the system so that there will be no repetition of mistake
11. ?Work closely with other departments to ensure that engineering performance and company operation
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanical or machinery industry,
2. 6+ years as manager level in mechanical industry or multination company
3. Strong technical and project management background, Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills in order to perform job responsibilities independently and make decisions which meet company goals and objectives
4. Experienced in motor, power tool and relative industry is advantage
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under a changing environment and work under pressure
6. Good Communicator skills
