Major Responsibility:

1. Represent the Purchasing department in the Project teams.

2. Manage the Purchasing Quality-Cost-Delivery-Services for projects in accordance with established policies and controls, and accepted purchasing practices and techniques.

3. Link between the Purchasing and Project teams: do transversal two-way communication with the Purchasing team and Project team.

4. Support the Commodity Managers, Sourcing Engineers, … to achieve the projects (schedule, price, quality, capacity, …)

5. Responsible of the accuracy of the synthesis and reporting concerning the Purchasing topics (schedule, price, quality, capacity,).

6. Responsible of the tracking of the Purchasing topics.

7. Develop the maturity; drive the change of Project Management to reach the global Bingo, Focus, Opex and others Company initiatives.

8. Upgrade the Purchasing staff knowledge/skills of commodities/components technology.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering or business with at least 10 years’ work experience, with 3 to 5 years team leader (operation, strategic role) related work experience and 3 to 5 years sourcing or project management related work experience

2. Good communication skills with cross function departments by using communication tools properly, such as telephone, e-mail, meeting (including video conference),

3. Good at building up and maintaining harmonious yet healthy relationships with other teams and departments

4. Good reporting and presentation skills with sufficient material

5. Demonstrated skillful working capabilities with achievements

6. Works well under pressure, able to prioritize workload, and demonstrates bias for action

7. Working proactive and initiative, team-working attitude

8. Demonstrated problems-solving skills with results-oriented, skilful working capabilities with achievements

9. Demonstrated skills for driving the change/continuous improvement

10. Fluent in the Mandarin and English Language both in writing and oral, multi-cultural experience is requested

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

12. Willing to travel
