1. 处理进口和国内采购订单并审核进行系统采购的发票的过账，并完成相关成本（税收，陆运，手续费等）的计算和分摊

   Process importing inventory entries in system and posting the purchase invoice, inventory cost calculation including the purchase price and other landed charge just as Tax, transportation and others landed charges allocation

2. 进项税发票认证及归集进项税的抵扣

   Verify the input VAT and calculate the monthly input VAT deduction data

3. 审核员工报销并及时进行付款

   Staff reimbursement check and arrange the payment timely and accurately

4. 固定资产/无形资产采购入账和分摊

   Fixed assets/intangible purchase financial entries and depreciation/amortization

5. 其他运营费用的审核和入账

   Other operation expense check and input finance entries

6. 银行电子付款和结汇，支付国内外采购款

   Process e-bank payment and settle of foreign deals and arrange the payment to overseas and local suppliers according to the payment terms

7. 每月完成银行现金日记账,应付账款的结账

   Monthly cash, bank account, AP account closing timely and accurately

8. 银行和税务相关事物的处理

   Other bank and tax bureau issues fixed 

9. 配合审计完成审计工作

   Support audit firm to finish yearly audit work

10. 完成其他上级交代的工作任务

    Other tasks from your direct reporting line

     

Qualification要求：

1. 大学本科或相关财务专业

   Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related

2. 有超过3年的商贸企业应付账款和出纳财务工作经验
