岗位职责：

1、参与工程招标工作，负责安装专业招标文件及标底编制，评审安装专业工程投标报价，形成评标意见；

2、负责安装专业合同文件的起草与管理，审核相关条款，跟踪分析合同执行情况；

3、负责安装专业工程款的审核及支付信息填报，工程设计变更、施工变更计费项目和单价的审查、签证；

4、负责安装专业竣工结算审核，确定结算价款，办理竣工结算手续。任职条件：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，工程造价等相关专业；

2、5年以上安装成本相关工作经验；
