工作职责 Job Responsibility 

In charge of incoming material quality control / in process quality control / outgoing quality control and final packaging to ensure product quality and delivery.

负责来料检查、过程检查、成品检查和成品包装,确保产品品质及交货

Accountable for the quality performance of the APU as well as leading non conformities(NCR) (internal and external) closure by using QRQC methodology

负责APU产品质量；运用QRQC主导解决品质异常（内部外部）

Responsible to drive CCAR and SCAR when raised, within proper timescale, finalize official report for external(ie customer)

推动CCAR 或SCAR等质量问题分析并跟踪改进，负责完善对外报告

Owning the quality objective creation/implementation & monitoring，Responsible for engaging strong intradepartmental and cross-functional to drive continuous improvement

负责品质目标的创建/执行及监控; 负责组织部门及跨部门之间的合作以推动持续改进

Support supplier/ subcontractors evaluation / qualification / audit

支持供应商评估/认证及审核

职位要求  Position Requirements

l  教育背景 Education Background

Bachelor degree or above, Engineering background

本科或以上学历, 工程背景

l  工作经验 Working Experience

1-3 years strong experience of manufacturing quality control/assurance:

1至3年工厂生产质量管控和管理经验

Has relevant experiences as quality engineer or manufacture engineer in smart card industry is preferred

有智能卡制造行业质量管理或制造工作经验优先考虑

l  专业知识 Professional Skills

Be familiar in production system, quality assurance engineering & supplier management
了解生产制造工艺，品质改善，质量保证和供应商管理
8D; QRQC; FMEA; DOE; data analysis  
8D报告; 异常分析；失效模式分析；实验设计;数据分析
Experience performing internal audits 内审经验
6 sigma GB is preferred  六西格玛绿带优先考虑

语言能力 Language Ability
Ability to effectively communicate using English

英文读写流畅,听说良好
