岗位要求：

1、与发货公司/客户对接：启运地（一般指泰国）发货公司或客户准备好相关用于报关报检的文件，通过微信或邮件发给我们审核

2、与香港中转车行对接：跟进船期、货柜、进口产品信息等；跟进提单电放；催促发货公司电放，协助香港方换单

3、做报关报检资料：跟踪进口产品的合同执行、单据填写；拿到上述货柜资料，审核后提前预录入准备相关报关报检事宜；通知关务部办理清关手续，并配合协助报关报检工作。

4、货柜到港跟进：跟进货柜到港后所有后续流程通知客户货柜和船期等情况；安排大铲湾仓库对需要转运、过货的货柜进行打冷，并收集因此产生的费用；预订需要转运的拖车，并跟进内陆运输情况。

5、与业务和财务对帐：每周出帐单，与业务和财务核对客户每票的费用以及应收帐款等

6、其他日常工作补充：每日跟进每个客户的货柜情况，确保柜可以到达客户所要去的目的地，根据国外发来的资料做核对并且出相对应的合同发票，核对无误发给香港，有新资料就要通知相对应的客户，并注意随时更新到港信息，每日要询问客户第二天的预计上柜信息表，注重原柜去外地的货柜情况以免柜子超期，每周一要做费用表更新给财务做相对应客户账单

任职资格：
1、本岗位要求年龄在22-35岁之间；
2、一年以上的进口客户工作经验；
3、国际贸易、物流管理、商务英语等相关专业；
4、大学专科以上学历；
5、熟悉计算机操作及办公软件应用；

6、会粤语者优先
