职位描述
岗位职责;
1、把握流行趋势，熟悉市场需求；
2、独立完成应季、补充款及库存面料的款式设计（单品或系列）与开发；
3、及时与相关部门沟通开发事宜并协调处理技术、工艺问题。
4、具有良好的团队合作精神。
任职资格:
1、服装设计专业，大学专科及以上学历；
2、三年以上女装设计工作经验，有批发设计工作经验优先；
3、具有扎实的美术基础、色彩控制能力强、想象力丰富；
4、有创意及执行能力、责任感、表达能力强。
