工作职责：
1. 负责学生宿舍的日常管理，为有需要的学生及时提供帮助
2. 关心学生，及时处理学生的诉求或其他紧急情况
3. 指导学生整理内务，培养学生一切生活事务能自主自理
4. 以身作则，帮助学生培养良好的时间管理能力
5. 关注学生在宿舍的身心健康，调节学生之间的争端并及时上报
6. 参加每周例会，参与讨论并分享学生的进步情况，行为规范等
7. 为有需要的学生提供基本生活技能的培训
8. 与学生一起就餐，指导学生养成良好的就餐习惯
9. 参与必要的学生活动，如晨练、班会、晚自习、睡前阅读等
10. 指导学生合理使用电子产品
11. 保障学生在宿舍的安全
12. 记录一切与学生相关的事宜，如违纪、考勤等

任职要求：
1. 学历：大专或以上，本科优先考虑
2. 能使用基本英语及基本电脑技能
3. 具备独立完成工作的能力及团队精神
4. 有强烈的责任心，能够在压力下完成任务
5. 能长期在校住宿，能够承担夜间值班任务
6. 有宿舍管理或学生工作经验优先考虑
