1、负责总经理的客户关系维护，跟进总经理客户的订单下单，计划，排单及跟踪生产出货情况；

2、负责总经理的客户沟通对接、商务招待安排事宜；

3、随时接受领导的各种指示,完成领导交待的各项任务.

4、协助总经理每天的日程安排及每天的工作计划,并及时提醒；

5、根据总经理指示起草各种文件,并且及时向各部门传达总经理的各项指示,跟踪落实总经理布置的工作；

6、负责总经办各类会议通知、会议准备、会议记录等工作；

7、负责总经办文件立卷归档；

任职要求：

1、一类本科文秘、工商管理、英语相关专业；

2、英语6级水平以上，口语熟练

3、良好的文字功底，尤其擅长公文写作；

4、形象气质
