Job description

Responsible for software sales:

?Maintain existing customer relationships;

?Proactively and independently conduct customer search, communication, development and sales through telephone, exhibition, and other networks;

?Explore customer leads to gain insight into customer needs and provide valuable solutions;

Expand sales performance:

?Be responsible for business bidding, signing, and complete sales;

?Collect various relevant market sales information, timely feedback of customer information requests, and propose effective market operations and sales recommendations;

?Keep informed of the development trends in the software sector, and propose rational suggestions to promote the improvement of the sales department;

Leadership functions:

?Build your strategy with other sales managers;

?Create and train your own sales team.

Profile

?College degree or above;

?Major in any technical related discipline;

?More than 5 years of sales experience in any technical field

?Experience in Software Sales, or any related experience with customized solutions for the clients

?Management software sales or system integration project operation experience is preferred;

?Familiar with government procurement process is preferred;

?Able to capitalize on various business leads and lead successful negotiations, independently develop customers and complete sales;

?Chinese native speaker with good English;

?Passion for sales, proactive spirit, good teamwork ability, learning ability, constantly improve skills, and able to work in a multicultural team.
