工作职责:

1. 前台电话接听、转接和记录，来访接待

2. 管理公司考勤

3. 更新公司日常表单、文件等

4. 处理日常快递及相关发票

5. 员工差旅安排和各类费用报销及管理

6. 采购和发放文具和办公用品

7. 员工名片印制和宣传品的印刷

8. 协助行政团队完成员工订餐、饮用水、零食药品等供应的支持保障

9. 员工活动策划与组织

10. 完成分配的其他任务

任职资格:

【工作要求】

1. 大专以上学历，专业不限，有艺术特长者优先

2. 性格开朗，有较强的服务意识和沟通协调能力

3. 大三以上皆可，能长期实习者优先

4. 实习优秀者可申请转正

5. 英语听说读写流利，CET4级及以上优先

6. 熟悉常用的办公软件
