?Supports service providers and partners with the delivery and operation of Facilities Management (FM).
?Acts as the primary interface between HACN and Service providers for operational & technical FM activities that require resolution or planning.
?Appropriately balances service, risk and cost considerations in the management and delivery of FM.
?Optimizes Critical Facilities (CF) investments to meet current and future business needs. Oversees and drives execution of Global Standard CF Protocols within HACN.  Provides subject matter expertise and oversight to operational activity within CRE and its third party supplier base. 
?Integrates CF planning, processes and delivery to align CRE with business needs and identifies opportunities for improvement and implementation of best in class practices. Appropriately balances risk considerations with cost considerations in the management and delivery of CF, taking into consideration the Bank’s specific requirements, codes and regulations. 
?Ensures HACN’s CF meets the needs of the business and that operations are not interrupted resulting in down time/business loss.
?Work with operation team to early involve capital project to ensure proper hand over and high quality product delivered.
任职要求：
University Graduate in Property Management, Facilities Management, Mechanical & Engineering  or equivalent
?Professional knowledge in mechanical & electrical related aspects and relevant services:10 years as executive in charge of a team in a large bank / company to gain a full understanding of all FM related aspects.
?Management skills: Formal education in administration and a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a team of professionals.
?Quality management skills: Formal education in quality management and a minimum of 5 years experience in managing the quality assurance program for building maintenance and FM projects.
