岗位职责

1、接听家长来电，做好相应的信息记录；

2、定期对记录的咨询信息进行回访，告知咨询者最近的开班动态；

3、对来访咨询者接待；

4、准确、有针对性的做好咨询工作，帮助咨询者了解其想了解的信息为其选择课程做参考；

5、负责在籍学生家长的满意度调查及维护；

6、负责维护校区招生微信号；

7、配合参加校区组织的外出市场招生宣传；

8、园区日常行政工作。

任职资格

1、专科及以上学历，有幼儿教育经验优先；

2、热爱学前教育、热爱孩子；

3、普通话标准，具有较强的语言沟通技巧；

4、细心、耐心，待人接物有礼貌，形象好气质佳。
