职位描述

主要负责流水线开款的编排方案与流水线运作时平衡方案和调整方案的设定，收集数据存档，并帮助和督促班组长进行现场管理和调整流水线。

岗位职责

1.协助组长完成产前准备工作；

2.根据组长的工序分配录入到GSD系统中，完成山积表的制作及开款后山积表的调整；

3.开款前跟进组长的效果样制作，注意发现问题，和组长共同研究及解决；

4.发现瓶颈工序，调整工序分配，解决瓶颈工序；

5.与数据IE对接反馈工序与时间问题；

6.协助组长进行转款工作；

7.进行生产管理改善以及工艺改善和技术改善，正确利用各种工夹具，降低工序操作难度，不断提升管理水平，提高生产效率；

8.完成上级交待的其它任务。

任职要求

任职资格：

1.初中及以上学历，

2.2年以上服装IE经验（现场IE经验优先）

3.有样衣开发经验为佳
