Job Output:
? This position is mainly responsible for accurate and timely cost analysis, some financial accounting and assisting cost management system setup as well. Tasks are to be completed assuring proper ethics and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):

? Work closely with all operation departments to review cost for products.
? To correctly capture materials issued, labor and overhead, analyze PPV and work order variances, analyze reserve accounts, analyze and allocating various product related expenses.
? Be responsible for the development of standard costs, BOM validation, product costs and reporting systems required to provide accurate financial information.
? Recommend actions to be taken basing on variance analysis, unusual trends checking. Effectively enhances cost measurement by tracking cost driving factor.
? Work with cost rolling forecast estimate monthly and annual budget process
? Work with project/plant controller to establish inventory management & control systems and processes while streamlining processes involved.
? To coordinate month-end closing activity and maintain sub-ledgers related to production cost and other expenses.
? Contribute to BPCS implementation

Education & Work Experience:
? 5 years working experience and at least 3 years in costing and analysis
? Accounting Education Background with bachelor degree.
? Solid skill in Excel, PPT, etc.
? Good command in English, both oral and writing.
? ERP experience.
