About the company:

    

This is a Well-known foreign company, specialized in electron industry. The main product is lithium batteries.

    

    

Main responsibilities:

    

?    Provide leadership for the design quality function through development and implementation of the overall quality strategic plan.

    

?    Be responsible for planning, overseeing and continuously improving product design quality control and NPI quality control

    

?    Monitor and report the NPI quality performance

    

?    Develop and maintain strong working relationship with RD team and other related teams to ensure appropriate networking and information sharing related to quality activities.

    

?    Optimize quality organization to be more effective and efficient

    

    

Main requirements:

    

?    With rich design quality management experience, have the experience in leading team.

    

?    Excellent language communication skills, fluent oral English.

    

?    Fluent oral English, good communication skills in English.
