RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales team support including but not limit to

销售团队支持，包括但不限于：

a) Distributor customer lock-on management and distributor end user database collection and management;

经销商客户锁定管理和经销商终端用户数据收集与管理

b) Internal CRM monitor and analysis;

内部客户关系管理和分析

c) New customer enquiry, coming through phone call, web side and other channels, follow up;

新客户咨询，通过电话、网络等渠道跟进

d) General sales report consolidates;

销售报告整理

e) Project management and samples applying process;

项目管理及样品申请

f) Meeting management and general supporting;

会议安排及支持

2. Assist on sales team for general office paper work;

  协助销售团队完成办公室文书工作

3. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

  经理交办的其他工作

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

College Degree or above. Excellent graduate is also welcome.

大专及以上学历。优秀的应届毕业生亦可。

EXPERIENCE/Skills

1year+ experience in the position of assistant;

1年以上助理工作经验

Excellent learning skill, Self-motivated, Good computer skills;

良好的学习能力，上进心强，良好的计算机操作能力;

Good communication skills in both written and verbal English and ability to work in cross-functional teams is mandatory.

良好的书面和口头英语沟通能力，以及跨职能团队的工作能力。
