1.工作职责：
1) As a owner to collect and consolidate the corresponding information, analysis ,and complete the monthly business overview report for rolling forecast, identify the risk and opportunities ;
2) Provide the corresponding analysis reports as comprehensive financial highlights to Supervisor and Management, including but not limited to:
P&L key index Analysis, B&S key index Analysis, FCF especially Working Capital Analysis;
3) Take the controlling on Cost, Expense, Inventory ,Capex and so on, analysis for the monthly movement of the functions above, provide the explain for material difference, and give the proper suggestion to Operation Accounting Team;
4) Re-design and implement the process and template for the business finance team, and meet the requirement of MCI and local management, provide a high accuracy on both planning and forecast;
5) Provide the assistance to the supervisor on journal management, and participate actively in Annual Planning process;
6) Others assigned by supervisor.

2.基本任职资格
学历和技能：
1) Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance;
2) Have practical ERP experience, JDE is preferred;
3) Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel;
工作经验：
1) Over 5-6 years' experiences in finance & accounting in a multi-plant manufacturing with 3 years’ General Ledger, Costing and Analyzing experience is necessary,2-3 years supervisor or similar position experience is preferred;
2) Good command of accounting principles and local regulations, e.g. China GAAP and US GAAP, tax law, customs;
