1、Communication skills

a、10 years (mid-level, not junior)

b、PMP Certification

d、PM tools & methods competence (MP Project, Asana, Trello, Kanban, scrum, etc)

3、Domain expertise

a、Consumer products (not infrastructure or B2B)

b、Hardware preferred, but software/network ok

1)Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones and make project assignments.

2)Create technical documentation as needed and report on progress of project.

3) Collaborate with all stakeholders to assess technology solutions with respect to new business needs.

4) Contribute to the development of strategies for creating and integrating new analytic capability and increasing the sharing of information among systems.

5) Direct project planning and execution, prioritize projects, schedule & release the development plan and coordinate personnel and resources.

6) Direct the selection, training, development and performance of assigned staff to retain a motivated, professional work force for the organization with best practices.

7) Project manage prototype development of technology to achieve successful beta-testing of new offerings.

8) Oversee technology development through the application of standards and principles to produce high quality and highly scalable technology solutions.

9) Support management with budgeting and planning.

10) Provide visibility into risks, schedules and cross-functional dependencies.

11) Find resolutions before an identified problem can derail a major milestone or deliverable.

12) Provide strong customer support to Researchers by working closely with all areas of Engineering.

13) Set priorities aligned with business priorities and drive revenues.

Qualifications and Skills:

1)Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Computer engineering

2)Minimum 5 years experience in Software Project management and embedded software experience

3)Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project and associated solutions

4)Solid knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process, project management standards and practices

5)Experience with Large Scale Agile Project Management  (Scrum Master Trainining is desirable)

6)Knowledge of software Quality processes

7)Problem solving and Negotiating skills

8)Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities

9)Highly developed oral and written communication skills (English and Mandarin), and able to work with global teams

10)Experience working with consultants and outsourced resources

11)High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output

12)The knowledge of hardware development is a plus
