工作职责：

1. 编写模具夹具需数控加工之CNC程序，必须确保CNC程式正确无误，加工安全;

2. 根据生产任务，合理编制CNC程序和安排CNC加工先后顺序，以确保模具生产进度;

3. 严格控制CNC加工工件之表面光洁度与尺寸之精确度，以保证模具质量;

4. 及时跟踪CNC加工之模具、工件，以避免错误的发生，针对异常提供解决方案;

5. 图档管理，标准命名和存储;

6. 团队合作，以团队凝聚力为导向，保质保量完成CNC加工生产任务;

工作要求：

1. 熟悉数控设备控制系统，有1年以上CNC编程及操机工作经验;

2. 会使用 MasterCAM, UG, SolidWorks，CAD 编程软件;

3. 具有丰富的CNC机床维修、保养经验;

4. 具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力;

5. 有较强的组织与沟通能力, 带领技术员团队创新，共同进步的能力;
