Principal Responsibilities:

1.  Build and manage cloud based Big Data and analytics platforms, including Enterprise Data Lake, Data Governance and management platforms, Self-Service BI and Augmented Analytics platform, etc...
2. Proactively manage production service and data pipelines to ensure service availability and overall system healthiness;
3.  Create and own infrastructure and process for both build and testing from scratch;
4. Minimize operational efforts, automate processes where possible and are repeatable and reliable;
5.   Engage with Data Architects and Product Engineers to design and continuously refine platform offerings and architecture;
6.  Work closely with Data Engineers fro product and service launch, including release planning, capacity management and operational review.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

1.  Data Driven thinking;
2.   Experience in DevOps toolchain (Jenkins /Git/ Absible, etc);
3.   Experience in test automation framework ( Robot, selenium, etc);
4.   Experience in ELK, Cloudwatch or other application monitoring tools;
5.   Experience in container technologies( openshift, docker, or k8s);
6.   Experience in maintaining and operating cloud base large-scale data infrastructures is a highly desired;
7.   Knowledge in building and operate data infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP;

Experience:

1.   Experience in Apache Hadoop and Spark;
2.   Experience in Time-series DB and analysis;
3.   Experience in In-memory data processing / databases;
4.   Solid grounding in Financial Services Industry;
5.   Solid knowledge in SQL;
6.   Understanding in statistical models, machine learning, graph analysis.
