Responsibilities:

1. Lead hardware team (4.5 people) to communicate with software/mechanical/test partners to develop new power management solutions.

2. Lead electrical r&d projects.

3. System level topology creation, unit circuit verification, schematic diagram and PCB design.

4. Prototype and finished product verification, problem analysis and debugging.

5. Product reliability and failure analysis.

6. Optimize circuits to improve power efficiency, user experience, and most importantly, reliability.

Requirements:

1. Experience in electronics engineering of consumer electronics products (priority given to battery management, dc-dc power conversion, inverter, LED drive and regulation).

2. 5 years working experience in hardware manager, be familiar with the personnel management and project management.

3. English can be the working language, including email and meetings.

4. In extreme environment using 8 - experience of 32-bit MCU with low consumption.

5. Familiar with discrete element (TR, FET, OPA) of analog circuit design.

6. Proficient in PCB layout and ESD/EMC countermeasure.

7. Experience in electronic DFM and DFMEA.
