1. 负责部门各项数据的统计工作，并进行分析和报告总结；
2. 协助部门经理编写各类报告、报表、管理制度工作；
3. 负责部门文件资料的接收发放，部门体系文件的管理，并做好归档及整理工作；
4. 负责部门相关会议的组织安排记录工作，并协助相关的任务事项跟进；
5. 负责部门日常接待和跨部门事务协调；
6. 负责部门员工休假、排班、加班等考勤录入和统计工作；
7. 负责部门办公用品、劳保用品、日常报销、单据审批等的管理及跟踪工作；
8. 完成上司临时安排的其他事项。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，财会、统计、行政等相关专业；
2. 2年以上相关工作经验，熟练应用excel、word、ppt等办公软件，有工厂数据统计分析经验优先；
3. 对数据敏感，做事细心，积极主动，责任心强，有较强的协调沟通能力，团队合作意识，能承受一定工作压力。
