岗位职责

1、工程项目资料的签收与发放、施工管理程序、施工图纸、施工过程资料及竣工资料整理汇总等；

2、对项目报建、设计、施工、验收等环节的前期需求文件的收集；

3、负责工程资料的收集、整理、归档工作；

4、掌握施工技术质量资料归档要求，积极参与施工生产管理做好资料管理和监控；

5、处理好各项公共关系包括与业主、项目经理、上级主管级其相关部门的关系；

任职资格

1、25-35周岁；大专及以上学历，建筑类相关专业；

2、具有1年以上工地现场建筑施工资料管理经验；

3、熟悉国家及地方相关法律法规；

4、具备一定的现场组织、管理、沟通协调能力；

5、具有较强的沟通领悟能力，踏实敬业，能在施工现场工作；
