Job Descriptions

• Organizing and managing all quality activities including existing production projects and new projects,
• Managing a quality team to follow up the product’s quality control, testing application, quality reports analysis, solving technical problems to have continues improvement on the products,
• Reviewing and analyzing all quality aspects including design control and product verification,
• Monitoring the suppliers’ performance and production standard,
• Carry out routine checking and audits as according to the planned programmed,
• Responsible for customer enquiries, visit, auditing, complaints and do quick feedback with 8D report,
• Report to the Operation Manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Quality Management (Acoustic product industry preferred), where less than 8 years relevant experience can be considered as Assistant Quality Manager
• Familiar with ISO 9001 (ISO 14000, SA 8000 is preferable) requirements, and strong experience in the manufacturing process requirements,
• Familiar with the manufacturing process control document defined, SPC application, D/PFMEA as well as the 8D report establishment etc.
• Aggressive, initiative, detail minded and strong analytical skill
• Proficient both in English and Mandarin
• Can be long stationary in the Foshan, Guangdong production site is necessary, minimum 5 days/week can be considerable.
• Immediate availability is preferred
