• Monitor the credit control

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION

该职务的主要职责

Responsible for wholesale of brand PCD & ADP

• Perform accounts receivable reconciliation in month end closing
  process.
• Responsible for AR booking accurately and timely.
• Control the DSO and help brand to achieve the DSO target.
• Responsible for Credit Limit application and maintenance.
• Responsible for Internal Credit Limit review quarterly.
• Customer creation in AX and daily maintenance.
• Prepare AR pushing report weekly and responsible for the
  communication with brand.
• Responsible for all the AR analysis report after month closing.
• Communicate with HQ for the related Credit Issue.
• Coordinate with internal & external auditors.
• Provide financial and operational support on ad hoc project.

• Basic knowledge on accounting and tax (Accountant
  certificate)
• 3--5 years’ experience AR/credit control in multinational
  company
• Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance
