岗位职责：

• 负责产线日常开线
• 负责量产时期设备与夹具的维修和保养
• 负责确认流程以及机器参数确认，使产品能在量产阶段顺利生产
• 负责保养计划有效落实
• 负责校准计划有效落实
• 负责备件管理计划有效落实
• 基于现有参数列表，确保生产设备被正确设定
• 提高设备利用率及设备运行的稳定性
• 维修及保养生产设备
• 分析生产中的问题并持续改善
• 负责设备履历表规范化记录
• 主动提升自身所负责领域的相关技能
• 在技术问题上指导初级技术员
• 负责主管分配的其他任务

岗位要求：

• 高中或初中学历
• 电子或机械生产工作经验3-5年
• 问题解决能力及动手能力
• 对于装配有良好的认知
• 熟悉生产技术/方法在电子生产领域
• 简单的英语
• 能良好的运用办公软件
• 良好的沟通技巧
• 主动、积极、组织能力并能在压力下工作
• 良好的职业道德，自我驱动能力、责任心、团队导向和人际交往的风格

MAJOR JOB DUTIES：

• Responsible for production line start up and shut down

•  Responsible for the machines and fixtures in the series production (repairing and maintenance)

• Responsible for that process and machine parameters are defined in the project phase that the product can be produced in the series phase.

• Responsible that maintenance operation and plans are implemented and lived

• Responsible that calibration operation and plans are implemented and lived

• Responsible that the spare part operation and plans are implemented and lived

• Carry out set-up of equipment and production line according to set-up plan and parameter lists

• Carry out experiments to improve the machine availability and process stability

• Repairing and maintenance of the equipment

• Analyzing operational problems and has the responsibility to improve operational problems

• Responsible that the log books are lived and filled in the correct way

• Has the duty to improve his own area with own initiative

• Guide junior technician in technical matters

• Carry out add-hoc task assigned by Bu-Operational management

                              

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT：

• High school or secondary school education
• 3-5 years’ experience in electronic/mechanical manufacturing
• Problem solving thinking and hands-on ability
• Good knowledge of product assemblies
• Good knowledge of production technologies/methods in electronic manufacturing field (such as cable cutting, crimping, splicing, soldering, spot welding, potting, lasering, hot melt injection, testing).
• Multiple knowledge of different material/products
• Simple English
• Good command in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)   
• Good communication skills
• Initiative, aggressive, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Good ethics, self-motivated, responsible, team oriented, good interpersonal style
