Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering major;
2. 8+ years working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry;
3. Have overall technical understanding for Assembly process;
4. Have knowledge of product management and/or marketing;
5. Strong cross function communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Fluent in English and Chinese both in oral and written;

Responsibilities:
Develop business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for assigned capillary product lines. Plays a key role in defining new products and will be required to effectively interface with all groups to communicate and market product plan/strategies. Formulate capillary product roadmaps to meet market requirements and company growth objectives.
1. Drive product and marketing strategies;
2. Product managemnt through its life cycle;
3. Work with engineering to insure timely product development;
4. Contribute to product roadmap & engineering development priorities;
5. Establish product pricing strategy;
6. Drive new product roll-outs in their product managment role;
7. Provide product marketing support to sales;
8. Other duties as assigned.
