Responsibilities:
1. Establish, maintain and improve the ESD management system; Qualify new manufacturing lines or process in terms of ESD requirements
2. Make sure the external and internal ESD and EPA related control plan be conducted; Verify and improve new material/ tools used in the manufacturing which must be ESD safe and clean room compliance material
3. Understand and upgrade ESD and EPA calibration requirements; Lead internal regular ESD and Clean Room audit, and support on outside customer audits
4. Train management team and on site workers on requirements regarding ESD management

Education and Qualification Requirements:
1. At least 3 years working experience in ESD areas, experience in foreign companies (US, Europe, Japan) in Electrical industry is a plus
2. Be familiar with ANSI/ESD S20.20, IEC61340 and GJB3007A-2009, and abundant ESD and Clean Room knowledge
3. Detailed minded, self-manage and motivated; Team work spirit, risk conscientious, good communication skill, and can work under pressure
4. Strong Office Software application abilities, and good English communication skill both in reading and writing
5. Bachelor degree with major in Electrical or Safety Engineering, Internal ESD Certified Auditor preferred
