JOB OBJECTIVE: 工作目的

It is the objective of the Information Systems function to manage information processing and to ensure that the Company continuously strives toward maximum dependability, accuracy, and efficiency in the area. Furthermore, it is the objective of the function to monitor utilization; to respond to needs which contribute to increased productivity and efficiency of information management; optimize vendor performance; ensure security and understand department’s needs for information management. To this end, it is the job of the Programmer/Analyst to act as a complement to the IT Supervisor through accurate and timely completion of system maintenance and reporting, to assist users, and to accept work assignments which the IT Supervisor deems beneficial to the Company.

Programming 程序

Program using ,RPG 1V , COBOL, Compiler, IBM Utilities, and/or other programming tools to include programming to be performed on a I series or PC applications when requested by IT Supervisor. Program using JDEdwards / Oracle standards.
程序运用RPG 1V , COBOL, Compiler, IBM Utilities和/或其他编程工具，当IT主管要求时从I级或PC的运用，以及JDEdwards / Oracle standards.
1. Maintenance programming on existing programs.对现有项目的维修方案
2. Program from user requests.更具客户要求编程
3. Program new applications. 新的程序运用
4. Work as Project Leader with Programmers. 与程序员领导工作项目
5. Conduct system studies. 进行系统研究
6. Provide documentation on all system and program changes.
对所有系统文件和程序变化提供文件
7. Provide training on all system and program changes.对所有系统文件和程序变化提供培训
8. Application responsibility for changes and enhancements.

9. Lead in IS projects. 领导IS项目。
10. Frequently contact with the US colleagues 与美国同事多沟通

Requirements:要求
Education 教育背景
A recognized College Degree or above in software design 正规大学软件设计大专学历或以上。
Experience 经验
? Minimum 3 years experience in company software design, building, maintenance in a medium to large size manufacturing plant.
至少3年在大中型企业从事软件设计，建设，维修。
Special Skills/Attributes 特殊的技能/品质
? Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and planning skills.良好的个人沟通，分析及计划技能
? Well-Know programming knowledge and Access 良好的编程知识和Access知识

At present, Neptco has three plants in the USA, one in France and one Joint Venture in Korea. In order to meet rapidly-growing customers’ needs, Neptco has established a WOFE with USD 5 million in Suzhou New District, which researches and develops shielding materials of cables and electronic and IT products and provides relevant after-sale services. This new WOFE is now finished decoration and has moved into the new factory, has put into production in November, 2006.
