Job Task:

Essential Function 1:Sales Assistance

1.Conduct technical communication / calculations and responsible for the documentation of results.

2.Prepare technical proposal for sales / engineering companies

3.Participate in client meetings to support sales as required

Essential Function 2:After Sales Service

1.Organize and perform technical services on site such as loading/start-up/shut-down assistance and data evaluations

2.Plant / catalyst operation trouble-shooting3.Plant data collecting, analysis and optimization recommendations

Essential Function 3:Knowledge Management

1.Shares know-how proactively to support Clariants capabilities for problem solving

2.Liaise with Product Manager, Application Expert, Sales and R&D

3.Contribute to compilation and maintenance of Design Guidelines

4.Train new TS Engineers in proper techniques for catalyst start-up, loading, technical evaluations

Essential Function 4:Customer relationship building

1.Building relationship with production/ operation function of customers/prospects.

Requirement:

Education:

Minimun Bachelor degree in Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

Business experience:

At least 5 years of experience in field of operation in PP plant.Experience in PP catalyst service is preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

Good computer skills and knowledge of standard technical   programs; Commercial attitude; Fluent in English is preferred
