(1) : 参与制定产品测试标准，包括可靠性测试，

(2) : 执行测试；

(3) : 对测试资源进行评估，并提出需求；

(4) : 依据产品的测试指标达成情况对上市质量进行风险评估；

(5) : 持续改进测试用例，确保测试过程能模拟用户实际使用需求；

岗位要求：

(1) : 熟悉模拟生命周期的加速老化测试的模型，能独立设计出消费电子产品可靠性测试的用例；

(2) : 本科及以上学历，从事消费电子产品的测试工作5年以上，能独立设计消费电子产品的测试标准及测试方法/步骤；

(3) : 对测试设备的管理，包括校验、点检、维护具备相关能力；

(4) : 具备产品的质量风险评测能力，对不合格的指标能准确评估出用户端的失效模式及影响；

(5) : 良好的沟通能力；
