Promote the deployment of quality tools at Suppliers推动供应商质量工具部署；

• Ensure/organize and coordinate the related Supplier Development actions, based on inputs from assessments, Program or Series escalation从供应商评估、项目或量产升级等方面确保/组织并协调相关供应商发展；    
• Carry out improvement/convergence plan with Red list Suppliers (as defined from red list or requested by commodity) 对质量问题多的供应商实行提升或者收敛计划；
• Improve the QCD performance for the list of dedicated suppliers through Supplier Development activities通过供应商发展活动提升专用供应商的QCD表现；
• Perform assessment according to FAURECIA standards and supports the Commodity buyer to obtain efficient action plan根据佛吉亚标准进行供应商绩效评估，协助采购工程师制定有效的行动计划；
• Train the suppliers to FAURECIA tools:  QSE/ 7 Basics and others 对供应商培训佛吉亚工具：QSE/7Basics,及其他相关工具；
• Give recommendations for supplier selection in programs and series项目和量产的供应商筛选推荐；
• Complete other task assigned  by manager完成上级交代的其他任务；

任职资格：

Minimum Education Level 学历要求: 

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical 本科学历以上；理工科专业优先

Experience工作经验:

• Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial manufacturing supplier quality,automotive industry is preferred

     至少5年以上同等岗位经验；汽车行业优先

• Knowledge of Project Management methodology熟悉项目管理流程

• APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge ,Quality Basics熟悉APQP& PPAP和质量准则

• Supplier audit process knowledge.熟悉供应商评审流程
