Purpose:  

 

Support production of the assigned LO/ OC Supplier Group in order management, reports and KPI performance through the timely resolution of production issues.  Work across all assigned factories and development teams to consolidate information in order to reach quality and delivery objectives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Ensure that orders and forecasts are passed to vendors on a timely basis. 

• Responsible for order management and cost validations in PO completion.

• Implement timely and accurate data regarding delivery dates, or other data as required by global planning teams or LO management for planning and allocation purposes, including in-putting of data in all necessary IT systems.

• Support vendors to ensure that shipment documentation and data is provided timely and accurately.

• Collaborate with Technical Services and/or vendors in leftover control from production start to shipment.

• Ensure factory base and internal team understand and timely adopt new process and procedures.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

• Strong knowledge of the apparel manufacturing environment.

• Advanced MS Office skills and expertise of internal systems;

• Strong communication skills

• Strong negotiating and influencing skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

 

• Two-year college or university degree

• Supply Chain background preferred
