岗位职责： 

1.建立并完善公司质量体系，审核质量控制整体政策、工作流程及制度、操作规范，督促、检查质量政策制度的贯彻执行； 

2.负责计划、组织公司质量控制的各项活动（包括来货来料检验），以确保产品达到不同客户质量要求标准、行业标准及公司标准； 

3.建立并完善公司质量体系，编写质量体系文件，组织实施，推动工艺持续改进，落实质量纠正和预防措施，确保体系有效运行； 

4.制订及维护公司质量工作标准、质量检验标准，确定检验与监督管理方式； 

5.负责处理客户投诉，主持质量专题分析会议，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，开展质量改善及预防工作和成本降低项目； 

6.指导、协调、监督和检查下属严格?按规定的职责和程序工作，提高团队的凝聚力； 

7.上级安排的临时工作。 

任职资格： 

1.  6年以上首饰行业 QC工作经验，熟悉镶嵌类首饰生产的各个工序以及品控要点，2年以上同等职位管理经验； 

2.有扎实的质量管理经验及专业知识，熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法； 

3.良好的沟通协调能力，工作严谨，责任心强，诚实敬业； 

4. 具备良好的英语沟通能力优先考虑。

我公司每天工作8小时，国家规定之法定节假日休息，公司除按法定的婚假给予员工外，还给予来回的路途假，春节假期高达18天，另外公司提供工作日中餐、加班餐补，为员工投养老、工伤、医疗、失业保险等。
