? Analyze and provide expense variance analysis on monthly operating results with focus on expense, headcount and capital expenditures.

? Coordinate with offices and functions for 12-month rolling forecast. Review and consolidate the 12-month rolling forecasts and discuss with the Finance Manager for matters which need to bring to his/her attention

? Prepare the 12-month rolling forecast

? Provide support to Finance Manager in the budgeting process, including the review and update of the budget book and reporting definitions

? Responsible for the review of the completeness and accuracy of budgets from the offices and functions

? Create & maintain various sustainable reports according to business needs.

? Independently handle and sort out issues with departments.

? Check fix asset budget for Capex requisition

? Prepare the monthly variance analysis for field operations which will be used for monthly performance review

? Prepare P&L reports for individual departments and function heads and provide answers to questions raised

? Assist in the annual budgeting exercise

? Responsible for the update of budget book and reporting definitions

? Collect & maintain the 12-month rolling forecasts from various departments

? Responsible and accountable for completeness and accuracy of budgets and rolling forecasts

? Responsible for HC upload, Capex report, Travel report

? Build reports which improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the analysis of monthly operating results

? Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports as required

? Handle independently all requests and queries from departments and offices.

Requirement:

? Ability to think analytically and good excel sheet skills

? Good communication skills , positive attitude

? Experience in financial planning and analysis

? Quick learner

? Good command of English

? Independent, and can work under pressure
