Job Brief

  

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to undertake retail marketing activities for Club Monaco in China. The ideal candidate will be passionate for retail marketing, communications and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/She should have good relationship with shopping malls and partners to facilitate our continuous growth.

  

Responsibilities

1. Maintain relationships with shopping malls and other vendors to ensure effective collaboration of promotional activities
2. Develop efficient retail marketing strategy and yearly marketing calendar
3. Oversee comprehensive marketing communication internally and externally
4. Manage event reporting and analysis
5. Support PR, social and other marketing events if needed

            

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 3 years' experience with proven track record in retail marketing, account management, sales operations, or project management; ideally in the fashion/ consumer goods industry and/or agencies
3. Strong organizational & time-management skills
4. Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness & proficient in excel and PPT
5. Proactive individual with excellent communication and people skills
6. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment
7. Effective written and oral communication in English and Mandarin
8. Flexibility to work on weekends for field marketing events support if required
