Job Description
- Perform reception duties including handling phone calls and courier / mail arrangement in a professional manner
- Manage meeting room booking arrangement
- Assist in company events coordination
- Responsible for general administration tasks
- Handle the ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- At least 2 years of working experiences in western companies
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Solid customer service experience with strong people skills
- Good working attitude and result-orientation
- Good command of spoken & written English
- A team player with positive & enthusiastic personality
- Good presentation
- Immediate available preferred
