Sales and Marketing Manager -China
Your objectives are:
- Stationed in Shanghai
- Spearhead the sales / marketing activities
- Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.
- Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
- Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
- Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brand via suitable PR activities.
- Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Sales.
You
- have been a sales manager / executive in the instrumentation or compressed air/gas industry for at least 5 years.
- are self motivated and have a passion for consultative sales.
- are a demonstrated team leader who can motivate others.
- Have strong negotiating skills and focus on "closing".
- are highly organized and have very effective time management skills.
- Have proficient technical understanding.
- have strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
